City of Moses Lake recently issued the following announcement.
Spooky, kooky, whimsical, or clever, what kind of scarecrow will you create? Enter a home-made scarecrow in our Scarecrows on Third Contest to compete for one of 8 prizes. Visit Third Avenue downtown between Alder and Beech streets to view the entries and vote for Fan Favorite. Families, individuals, and businesses are encouraged to enter. Scarecrows on Third is a partnership between the City of Moses Lake Museum & Art Center and the Downtown Moses Lake Association. Contact the Museum for full contest rules and entry form.
