City of Ritzville issued the following announcement on Nov. 4.
Have you been impacted by COVID-19? If so, the City of Ritzville has established a temporary program to provide eligible residential utility customers assistance with their City of Ritzville utility bills up to $750.
Funds will be credited directly to City of Ritzville utility bills and may only be used for services provided after March 11, 2020.
You will need to respond quickly as the deadline to submit an application is by November 20th.
