City of Ritzville issued the following announcement on February 10.
Customers are reporting they are having difficulty calling into city hall. There have been issues since the implementation of the 509 in front of a local number but the issue is now wider spread. We are aware some other businesses are having similar issues. The city has a repair ticket with our phone provider, which will be addressed by tomorrow.
In the meantime, if you are not able to reach city hall by phone please email staff directly or email kim.smith@ritzville-wa.us.
