The concrete subcontractor is onsite to start placing the remaining sidewalk, driveways, and curb on the north side of Valley Road. The concrete work is expected to be completed by the end of the week.
There are also plans this week to haul in the top course of rock, and complete compaction and final grading to prepare for paving.
On Monday, July 18, the plan is to pave the north side of Valley Road from Stratford Road to Paxson Drive. After paving, the contractor will return to raise the utility castings to final grade on the north side. The new concrete driveways will have the asphalt patch work completed to match the existing asphalt parking lots.
