Adams County Deputies were in the area of the 300 block of Reynolds Rd. in an attempt to locate a wanted subject Nicholas Romero-Rivera.
A vehicle located on scene, was previously involved in a prior incident at this same location a few days ago.
While preparing the vehicle for evidential impound, Deputies noticed through the vehicle window, a possible explosive device between the front seats.
On the car window was written a derogatory message to Law enforcement.
The Tri city bomb squad responded to assist in clearing the vehicle.
Several residences in the area have been evacuated until the scene is secure.
