With expected frigid temperatures starting, we want people to know that there are several warming locations available to help keep everyone safe.
• All 30 NCW Libraries locations across NCW, including the 10 locations in Grant County, serve as warming centers during their usual open hours. NCW Libraries Grant County locations include Coulee City, Ephrata, George, Grand Coulee, Mattawa, Moses Lake, Quincy, Royal City, Soap Lake, and Warden.
